3. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Lie on your belly. Separate your feet and legs to hip width. Point your toes, so the tops of your feet are on the floor. Lift your chest off the floor and push your shoulders back. Cobra Pose not only stretches your shoulders, chest, and abs but also strengthens your arms. Keep your shoulders relaxed and the base of your neck soft. It is a powerful pose in its own right and one we should all try to do at least once a day.
